Please Click HERE to get to the registration form for our 2016 Conference.  A few notes… You will receive an email confirmation, but it may take up to 24 hours for it to arrive… It’s an automated system that spreads out the sending of emails so that the address doesn’t get labeled as spam.  PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER MORE THAN ONCE! If more than 24 hours has passed, you can email about your registration… the most common reason for not receiving your confirmation is an incorrectly typed email address. If we discover multiple registrations, the original will be deleted, and the most recent left (as it seems you changed your mind), but the best way to correct your registration is to contact us. Please do not register more than once! If a session is not listed on the registration form, it is full to capacity, please choose another course for that session. We cannot add to already full courses. Registration will close on October 28, but many sessions are already full to capacity.
